Painted Self-Portrait Rodolfo Rosales

 

This is my painted self-portrait done in photoshop, as you can see that I did the background to make the painting a little more realistic since I even included the shading as an add-on to make the painting more realistic. I also used 3 different types of brushes for my painting. I used Brush tip 8 since it was a very small font so it helps when I need to make very small lines for the shading. Brush tip 123 to help color in the yellow background, my hair and my sweater color, brush tip 30 I used for the shadows, and brush tip 50 helped with the tiny backgrounds such as the keyboard or the door since it was able to color well. How I did the shadows was by lowering down the opacity from 100% to 60% since it blend in well. In total I used 32 layers to make this painting and each layer had a purpose for my painting , in total taking me I think 5 days to make.
